HOW TO VOTE IN THE 2019 PH MID-TERM ELECTIONS

1. Overseas Voting will commence on 13 April 2019 at 8:00 am EDT and will continue until 13 May 2019 at 6:00 am EDT.

2. The mode of voting for those under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Washington DC is Postal Voting (Automated Election System). Registered voters may indicate their preference to personally claim their ballots from the Embassy by sending an email to wdcovs@gmail.com no later than 13 April 2019. Otherwise, the ballots will be mailed to their respective addresses found in the COMELEC database.

3. Voters may mail back or personally submit their accomplished ballots sealed using the COMELEC-provided envelope and paper seal. The Embassy will be open to receive hand carried accomplished ballots during the following dates/times:

April 13, 2019                                                                 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

April 14 - May 11, 2019                                                   9:00 am - 5:00 pm

(including on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday - 18-19 April 2019)

May 12, 2019                                                                 9:00 am - 11:59 pm

May 13, 2019                                                                 12:00 am - 6:00 am

4. All registered voters are welcome to observe the feeding of the ballots to the Vote Counting Machines (VCMs) every Mondays and Thursdays (including on Maundy Thursday, 18 April 2019), from 9:00 am, at the Carlos P. Romulo Hall, Embassy of the Philippines, 1600 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington DC 20036.
