11/05/2019: ADVISORY TO REGISTERED VOTERS WHO HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THEIR BALLOTS

Filipino voters who are registered with the Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C. and have not yet received their ballots, may personally claim and submit replacement ballots at the Philippine Embassy's Consular Building located at 1617 Massachusetts Avenue Northwest, Washington, D.C. 20036.

Please be ready to present proof of identity and Philippine citizenship, i.e. valid Philippine passport, dual citizenship certificate

Below are the Embassy's business hours for the purposes of the 2019 midterm elections:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday, 10 May 2019;

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday, 11 May 2019; and

From 9:00AM on Sunday, 12 May 2019, to 6:00AM on Monday, 13 May 2019.

Voters are reminded that they have until 6:00AM, Monday, 13 May 2019, to submit their accomplished ballots.

Registered voters who changed their addresses from the time of registration may check the list of ballot kits returned to the Embassy by the US Postal Service.

Voters whose mailing labels are addressed to the Philippine Embassy are advised to check this list.
